Hello~! I am Sarutanuki!
Thank you for visiting this blog.
Well, Sarutanuki is also on YouTube, and I have uploaded a new video!
This time, I’m going to talk about a series project, “I read a book of the manga “ONE PIECE” and just talk about my passionate impression of it, without even thinking about it! This project is called “ONE PIECE”.
This project is just for those who genuinely enjoy the story of “ONE PIECE” drawn by Mr. Oda without thinking about “ONE PIECE” this way and that. LOL!
This time, I’d like to talk about the 13th volume of “ONE PIECE”. Let’s get on with it!
Cape Soya is the northernmost point of the main island of Hokkaido. Located at 45 degrees, 31 minutes, and 22 seconds north latitude, it commands a distant view of the island of Sakhalin on a clear day. At the tip of the cape stands the “Monument to the Northernmost Point of Japan” with the letter “N” representing north in the center, based on the motif of a ridge of the North Star. There is also a bronze statue of the explorer Rinzo Mamiya, which attracts many tourists as a memorial spot along with the magnificent view.
Asahiyama Zoo is the northernmost zoo in Japan, located in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. The zoo attracted attention by introducing “behavioral exhibits,” which show the animals’ behavior and daily lives, rather than “morphological exhibits,” which focus mainly on showing the animals’ shapes, which is common in Japanese zoos. The zoo has built a facility where visitors can see animals move, swim, and fly up close. Signs and pop-ups explaining about the animals are handwritten, and you can feel the love of the staff for the animals.
Akiyoshidai is one of the largest karst plateaus in Japan, stretching across the central and eastern parts of Mine City. It was designated as a national park (Akiyoshidai National Park) in 1955 and as a special natural monument in 1964. The limestone that makes up the magnificent landscape of Akiyoshidai was formed as coral reefs in the southern sea 350 million years ago, and over the long years since then, the karst plateau as we know it today was formed.
Akiyoshido cave is one of the largest limestone caves in Japan, opening at the southern foot of Akiyoshidai National Park, 100m below the ground in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The sightseeing course inside the cave is about 1 km long (the second longest in Japan with a total length exceeding 11.2 km), and the temperature remains constant at 17°C throughout the four seasons, making it cool in summer and warm in winter for comfortable sightseeing.
【about the Global Tower】 The symbolic tower of Beacon Plaza has a unique design with two pillars and supporting arched columns. Located 100 meters above the ground, the observatory, which gives the impression of a glass box, offers a panoramic view of Beppu City. During the day, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the steam rising from the Beppu Hot Springs, the vast blue sea, and the 1,375-meter-high Tsurumidake Mountain, At night, you can see the shimmering lights of the city, which has been recognized as a “Japan Night View Heritage” and is full of atmosphere. It was designed by Arata Isozaki, a world-renowned architect from Oita Prefecture.
