以前、地元、鹿児島の銭湯であったことを書きたいと思います。

どんなことかといいますと、

洗い場でたまたま隣になったおじさんからめっちゃ話しかけてこられた件です。笑

自分で言うのもなんですが、知らない人から結構声かけられやすい人間です。

街中歩いていても、結構道を尋ねられてしまうタイプです。

スキがあるんですかね。。。話しかけやすいのでしょうね。

ま、楽しいからいいんですけどね！

さて、そのおじさんとの裸の付き合いの話。

そのおじさん、年齢は60代後半といったところでしょうか。

おじさん、一方的に話を進めていきます。笑（おじさんあるあるですね）

まずは、自分のお腹の話。

自分のお腹抑えてずっと臨月だと言う話が結構続く件。

笑かしにきました。

でも、そこからの話の展開がすごい。

臨月から、まじめに妊娠の話になり、

そして、女性は強くて尊敬していると話だしました。

自分の腹は臨月だと言い出すおじさんがこんな話をしてくるとは想定外でした。笑

こんな時間は嫌いじゃないんですよね。

リラックスした状態で話すその人の人生の価値感。

否定とか肯定とかそういうのじゃありません。

これまで生きてこられて培った価値感。

そんな話を聞かせてもらえるのはいいなと思います。

しかし…私の年齢を聞かれたときに、平成生まれじゃないことにびっくりされました。笑

昭和でございますよ！！40でございますよ！！

肩を並べて裸の付き合い。ありがとうございました！！

最近読んだ本について書きたいと思います。

『頭を使え、心を燃やせ　野村克也究極語録』（野村克也著）です。

セブンイレブンの雑誌コーナーに置いてあり、ジャケ買いしました。

野村克也氏が亡くなって1年。一周忌追悼企画で出版された本です。

セブンイレブン限定書籍とのことです。

そんなに厚い本ではありませんので、簡単に読めました。

野球の監督としての立場の話がメインの内容でした。

自身の現役時代にどんなことを意識して野球を取り組んできたかはというおとはもちろんですが、監督としてたくさんの選手を育て、見てきて分析してきた中での野球哲学が紹介されている本でした。

私は、野球経験はないです。でも、読んでいて、とても考えさせられることが多かったです。

野球を自身の仕事や生活に置き換えて読むといいなと思いました。

だから、会社の後輩に贈りましたよ(笑)

押し付けですかね。。。時代的にパワハラに受け止められないか心配です。

「どんな人間にも自分を活かす場所がある」ということが全体を通して伝えられている思います。

ノムさん（親しみを込めて）も自身を努力型と評しています。

本の内容を事細かく書くと、出版社に怒られそうなので控えますが、受け入れること、気づくこと、正しく努力することで花が開くというメッセージの詰まった本だと思いました。

それは、選手に求めているのはもちろんですが、育成するリーダー（監督・コーチ）側にも求めている内容だなと思いました。

つまり、組織、チーム全体の各個人が自分事として、この本の内容を受け入れて実践したら強いチームになるだろうなと思いました。

だから後輩に贈りつけました(笑)

気づいてほしい。自分で気づいてほしい。その願いを込めて。

I found it in the magazine section of Seven-Eleven and bought the cover.

It has been one year since Katsuya Nomura passed away. This book was published as a memorial project for the first anniversary of his death.

It’s a Seven-Eleven original book.

The book is not that thick, so it was easy to read.

The main content of the book was about his position as a baseball manager.

It was a book that introduced his baseball philosophy based on his experience of training, watching and analyzing a lot of players as a manager, not to mention what he was conscious of when he was playing baseball.

I have no baseball experience. I don’t have any baseball experience, but reading it made me think a lot.

I thought it would be good to read it by replacing baseball with my own work and life.

That’s why I gave it to my junior colleague at work.

さて、前回に続き、中島みゆきさんについて徒然草しようと思います。

歌えるようになりたからめちゃくちゃ練習したとかではないです。

でも、いつの間にか口ずさめるようになりました。運転中とか車内はひとりカラオケ状態です(笑)

初めて聴いたのは高校生の時でしょうか。ドラマ『聖者の行進』で使われていました。

愛の歌ですが、それ以外でも当てはまる歌詞の世界だなと思っています。

人生は誰とどんな出会いをするかだなと、とても考えさせられる曲で大好きです。

「出会い」といえば『一期一会』という歌があります。

昔、『世界ウルルン滞在記』というテレビ番組がありました。タレントさんが海外に旅に行く番組でした。一時期、そのテーマ曲に使われていました。

この曲の中で、めちゃくちゃ大好きな歌詞があります。

「忘れないで　私のことより　あなたの笑顔を　忘れないで」

…書いてるこの瞬間でも胸が熱くなり、こみ上げてくるものがあります。

だって、想像してくださいよ。

今度いつ会えるか分からない人との別れの時、永遠の別れの時、

その相手から、

「忘れないで　私のことより　あなたの笑顔を　忘れないで」

と言われてみてくださいよ。

その人がどれだけ自分の笑った顔が好きだったのか。めちゃくちゃグッときます。

で、思います。

人生で、出会える人の数なんてたかが知れてます。何億人もの人と出会うのは不可能です。

だから、出会った人にこんな風に思ってもらえるように、相手と大切に向き合いたいと。

そう言えば、こんな名曲もあります。

『時代』。

「まわるまわるよ　時代はまわる　別れと出会いをくり返し」

「今日は倒れた旅人たちも　生まれ変わって歩き出すよ」

こうやって中島みゆきさんの曲に触れると、

人生は「出会い」がいかに大切かを考えさせる曲が沢山です。

3月、弥生、春、出会いと別れの季節。

さて、今日は中島みゆきさんについて徒然草しようと思います。

私は、音楽は全くの素人ですが、中島みゆきさんの歌詞の世界が好きです。

なんでこんな詩が書けるのだろうと感心しています。

私が初めて中島みゆきさんの歌に触れたのは、テレビドラマ『家なき子』の主題歌「空と君のあいだに」です。

主演の安達祐実さんが同い年ということもあり、興味をもってドラマも観ていましたね。

「同情するなら金をくれ！」は社会現象を起こしたセリフになりましたね。

さて、話を中島みゆきさんに戻しますが、この「空と君のあいだに」のサビの歌詞が凄まじいですよね。

「君が笑ってくれるなら、僕は悪にでもなる」

衝撃が走りますね。キレイごとだけじゃやっていけないよってのが伝わってきます。

私は中島みゆきさんのこんな部分がたまらなく好きです。

キレイごとだけじゃないと言えば、「宙船（そらふね）」ですね。

ジャニーズのグループ、TOKIOに楽曲を提供していましたね。

「その船を漕いでゆけ。お前の手で漕いでゆけ。お前が消えて喜ぶものにお前のオールをまかせるな」

この冒頭の歌詞が刺さりますね。

私はこの歌詞を読むたびに、この歌詞は太閤、豊臣秀吉に宛てた手紙なんじゃないのかと思います。

家康に豊臣政権のオールをまかせるな！みたいな。。。

「人生は自己責任」というのを教えてくれている気がします。

自己責任と言えば、「ファイト！」です。

「ファイト！」は泣けますね。何度聴いても泣けます。

「私の敵は私です」という歌詞、まさに自己責任を象徴する歌詞だと思います。

いつだって人間は、自分自身と戦わないといけないんですよね。

だから、この「ファイト！」は自分と戦う自分を鼓舞していると思うんですよね。

自分と真剣に向き合わない奴が、自分と本気で向き合う奴（自分自身と戦う奴）を笑うだろうって内容に解釈しちゃうんですよね、私。

あと、歌詞のあちこちに九州の方言じゃないかなと思うところがあって、九州人としてはいいですよね。

やっぱ、中島みゆきはイイっ！！

武井壮さんのYouTubeチャンネルで紹介されていた「大人の育て方」という内容の動画です。

実は、私は子育てより「大人育て」、「大人教育」ってとても重要かなと思っています。

もちろん、自身も40歳を迎えますが、未熟だなと痛感せざる得ないことが沢山あります。

だからこそ、必要だなと思っています。

そして、それは「子育ての基礎」になるのだと思っています。

だから、この動画のコンセプトは大変好感持てました。

動画は、武井壮さん本人が話している講演で、スポーツを通して社会的な価値を生むための思考を紹介しています。

内容については、動画をご覧いただいて、ご自身で色々感じたられたらいいかなと思います。

私の解釈をここで色々書いたら、変に先入観を持たれてしまったら申し訳ないの控えます。

ただ、一つだけ書かせて頂くとすれば、

内容は「スポーツ」についてですが、スポーツ以外のことに置き換えて見るのもいいのかなと思います。

「仕事(営業)」とか、「子育て」とか、「趣味」とか、生活していく上で、自身で営んでいる物事に置き換えるといいのかなと思います。

なぜそう思ったかと言うと、マーケティング思考がちりばめられているからです。

それなら、

「鬼滅の刃」、「約束のネバーランド」、「呪術廻戦」と、ここ数年ジャンプに連載してブームを巻き起こしている漫画はいくつかあります。

最終回に向けて佳境って感じなので、ワクワクが止まりません。

連載から2４年なのに止まりません。

連載開始当時16歳で、ルフィより年下でしたｗ

今やルフィ（19歳）の倍以上生きておりますｗ

これだけワンピース好きなので、ワンピースについてブログも書きたいなあと思っています。

考察とかネタバレとかではなくて、「ワンピースのここが好き！！」みたいな「私のワンピース愛」を書きたいなと思っています。

そう自己満足ですｗ

Since I love One Piece so much, I’d like to write a blog about it.

道義（morality）

こんにちは、さるたぬきです。

昨夜、ある方が「道義」について話をしてくださいました。

「道義」。

なんか気になったので、「道義」をGoogle検索してみました。

「人のふみ行うべき正しい道。道理。「道義にもとる行為」「道義的責任」」と検索結果で見つかりました。

「人のふみ行うべき正しい道」

つまり、道義という言葉を生きていく上で用いるのは、生物的なカテゴリでは「人間」だけみたいです。

人間のみが兼ね備えているものなんでしょうかね。

兼ね備えているというか、考えというか、指針というか、求められているというか。。

なぜ、人間だけなんでしょうか。

人間が生きていく上で他の生物と根本的に違うことはなんでしょうか…

これは私見ですが、

人間は、ソーシャル、社会で生きていく生き物だからこそ、各個人に求められているのかもしれませんね。

難しいですよね。道義に関してこれが完璧な答えってないと思うんです。

だって、正しい道ですよ、正しい道。

学んだり、教わったり、努力して、これが最善だと信じて、やるしかないと思うんですよね。

時間、空間、時代の空気感でも道義って変わるんじゃないでしょうか。

「正しい」とか、「常識」とか、難しいなあと思います。

しっかり理解して未来の子供たちに伝えていけるかしら。。。

I wonder if it is something that only humans have.

Why is it only for humans?

What is the fundamental difference between humans and other creatures in life…?

This is just my personal opinion.

Maybe it’s because humans are social, social creatures that live in a society, and that’s why each individual is required to do so.

It’s difficult, isn’t it? I don’t think there is a perfect answer to morality.

Because it’s the right way, the right way.

You have to learn, be taught, make an effort, and believe that this is the best way, and do it.

I think that morality changes with time, space, and the atmosphere of the times.

I think it is difficult to say what is “right” and what is “common sense.

I wonder if I will be able to understand it well enough to pass it on to the children of the future.

今回も、過去にFacebookに投稿した記事を紹介します。

お世話になっている方から教えて頂いた言葉についてです。

それではどうぞ！！

「建てて半分、育てて半分」

先日ある方から教わった言葉。

建築業界の言葉らしい。

建物は建てて終わりではなくて、

建てた後、育てていかなければならないということ。

建物以外、あらゆるものに当てはまるなぁと思いました。

たとえば、夢とか志とか理念とか…

建物のように形はないから

目には見えないけれど、

風化しないように育てていかないとなぁと思うのでした。

…以上が、当時Facebookに投稿した記事でした。

この時、建物に対して、私は夢や志、理念もそうだと書いていますが、人間そのものも同じだなと自分の文章を読み返して思いました。

人間の場合、赤ちゃんを産んで終わりではないですよね。

育てる時間のほうが圧倒的に長いですからね。

時代が時代だから、表現が難しいですが、子どもできてから離婚する率も高くなっている時代です。

育てていく環境も時代も色々変化しています。

もちろん、子どもは勝手に成長するという意見があるのもしています。

しかし、放棄だけはしないで欲しい。

虐待はしないでほしい。

子育てで苦しい時は、辛い時は、ひとりで抱え込まないで欲しい。

核家族や、シングル親で、子育てしていくのが当たり前な感じになったのは、人間の歴史が始まってから考えるとめちゃくちゃ最近のこと。

それ以前は、祖父母など多くの家族や、地域などコミュニティで、みんなで育ててきたのだから。

だから、きつい時はきついと声をあげて。

きっといる。必ずいる。

手を差し伸べてくれる人が。

信じて欲しい。

子どもはあなたを信じています。

そう、育児、子育てには、どうしても「信じる力」が欠かせないから。

This is a phrase I learned from someone the other day.

I thought that it applies to everything except buildings.

For example, dreams, aspirations, ideals…

The time it takes to raise a baby is much longer than that.

It is difficult to describe because of the times we live in, but the rate of divorce after having a child is also increasing.

The environment for raising children and the times are changing in many ways.

Of course, there is the opinion that children grow up on their own.

However, I don’t want them to be abandoned.

Please don’t abuse them.

If you are having a hard time raising your child, please don’t keep it to yourself.

It is only recently, since the beginning of human history, that it has become commonplace to raise children in a nuclear family or as a single parent.

Before that, we were all raised by our grandparents and other family members, as well as by the community.

So, when it’s tough, speak up and say it’s tough.

There are people out there. There is always someone.

There is someone who will give you a hand.

I want you to believe me.

Your child believes in you.

That’s right, because the power of belief is inevitably indispensable in child rearing and parenting.

こんにちは、さるたぬきです。

昨日、2年ぶりに選抜高校野球が開催されましたね。

選手の入場行進の人数など色々制限はありますが、球児にとっては嬉しいでしょうね。

この1年、新型コロナウイルスは様々なものに対して制限を強制的にさせています。

卒業式、入学式、運動会・・・

行事やイベントの多い時期は特に辛く感じます。

二度と経験できない学生時時代の取り組みが、制限されたり、中止になったり、子供たちにとってはとても辛いことだと思います。

特に最終学年は辛いと思います。

「次はない」という事実は悔しさしかないかなと思うのです。

この悔しい経験をどう捉えるかは、これからの人生の歩み方次第だと思うのです。

「運が悪いよな、最悪な年に生まれたな」と胸に抱えながらそのまま生きていくのか、

これを教訓として、「この先何が起きても変じゃない。“今”を大事にして生きていくぞ」と思って生きていくのか、

本人次第だと思うのです。

そして、10代では思慮に未熟な部分もあるので、あって当たり前だし、そのことに苦しむ必要は全然ないから、

だからこそ、周りの大人のサポートがめちゃくちゃ重要だと思うのです。

心に寄り添ってあげて欲しいなと思うのです。

何でもかんでもやってあげなくていいと思います。

無理にアドバイスをあれこれしなくもいいと思うのです。

ただ、傍にいて、心に寄り添ってあげて、気にかけていることが伝わればいいと思うのです。

もちろん、アドバイスを求められたら答えてあげたらいいと思います。

だから、

周りの大人、気合い入れろ！！（自分にも戒めとして言い聞かせる）

私、さるたぬきは信じています。

きっと、今の子供たちは、我々大人世代より、優しくて、そして強い大人へと成長すると信じています。

だからこそ、今の大人、気合い入れろ！！（2度目ｗ）
