松山の子規堂に、【旅立ち】の像があります。

客数=？客単価=？リピート率=？それぞれの?に当てはまる方法を考えれるだけ考えて、そこからそれをやるためにすべき準備を因数分解する。

これ以上、分解出来ないと思えるとこまで分解すれば、ひとつひとつは結構簡単にクリアできるものだったりするのかもしれない。

「子どもたちに何を伝えていこうか…」

昔、『プレジデント』に、最近の入社試験の特集があって、その問題読んだら、そんなことをより一層強く思いました。

この問題、子どもたちというより、我々大人も真剣に考えなきゃいけないなと思ってしまいました(^_^;)

20年後、いや数年後の社会と仕事の変化について、先見性を持って対応しなきゃと考えさせられました。

日本史好きで、先日、『竜馬がゆく』を読み返したばかりだから、感化されてるかもしれないけど、今はまさに幕末かも！

維新が数年後に始まるのに旧体制の感覚のままでいたら、取り残されるのかも。

ネガティブに考え過ぎですかね(^_^;)

「話を聞くこと」と「子どもたちに仕事の誇りを伝えること」

ある検事ドラマで、某検事さんが、「検事の仕事は話を聞くこと」って言ってた。

全ての仕事に当てはまるよなって思いながら観てた。

要望、相談、アドバイス、クレーム…聞くこと9割じゃないかと。

残りは、聞いたことを踏まえて、判断、行動、アウトプット、その他ではないかと。

そして、ドラマ観てて関心を持ったのは、子どもたちに検事の仕事について語っていたこと。

子どもが苦手な検事が、子どもには難しい言葉を使いながら話してた。

でも、検事という仕事に誇りを持っていることは、言葉は分からなくても伝わってた。

そのあと、質問ある人はと尋ねたら、子どもたちはバンバン手を挙げてた。

それで良いのかなとか思って観てた。

先生が、【理念】が大事と終始仰ってて、その理念の下に人が共感し集まり、夢に向かって乗り越えていくみたいなお話をされたので、あ、『ONE PIECE』の海賊旗！と理念を頭ん中で置き換えてました。

何でも物事を『ONE PIECE』に重ねる悪いクセが出てしまいました（笑）
